SIDE EFFECTS OF MASTURBATION...

Masturbation means touching and rubbing your penis or clitoris and breasts for sexual pleasure. It’s a normal and healthy way for people to explore their own bodies. It’s also a form of safer sex that lets people find out what feels good, where and how they like to be touched and how to have an orgasm. Masturbation can also happen between two people (mutual masturbation). This can be a very intimate experience, especially for people who don’t feel ready for sex.
Even though it’s normal, some people who masturbate feel ashamed or embarrassed about it. This is partly because masturbation has been labeled as deviant, dangerous and sinful over the years and many of these myths still exist.

TIME FOR A REALITY CHECK ON LIGHTENING CREAMS

The use of lightening creams (bleaching creams) is now on the increase in our society today. The harmful effects that these creams have on our body cannot be over emphasized. Most of them contain harmful substances that can cause the following…..
Acne: The occurrence of inflamed or infected sebaceous glands in the skin; in particular, a condition characterized by red pimples on the face, prevalent chiefly among teenager
Mercury poisoning: A disease caused by exposure to mercury or its compounds. Mercury is a heavy metal that occurs in several forms, all of which can produce toxic effects in high enough doses. ...
Stretch marks: Streaks or stripes on the skin, especially on the abdomen, caused by distension of the skin from obesity or during pregnancy
Skin cancer: A malignant growth on the skin which can have many causes. The three most common skin cancers are basal cell cancer, squamous cell cancer, and melanoma, each of which is named after the type of skin cell from which it arises. ...
Melasma: A tan or dark skin discoloration.
Mercury compounds have been used in skin lightening creams for many years, and excessive use has been linked to brain and kidney problems. Hydroquinone, another common ingredient, can cause many side effects, including dermatitis (skin irritation), cataracts and blue-black skin discoloration. It may sometimes cause an offensive fish odour in the user. Many skin lightening creams also contain steroids in doses up to 1,000 times higher than in creams used to treat eczema and other skin conditions. Steroid use can cause all sorts of complications such as thinning of the skin, acne, red stretch marks and discoloration. Worse still, the steroids in these creams can act like cortisol, a hormone made by the body to deal with stress. Too much cortisol can cause a myriad of problems, including swelling of the face and abdomen, weight gain, thin skin that bruises easily, stretch marks, weak muscles, high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoporosis and depression. It can also fool the body into ceasing cortisol production. So, if someone suddenly stops using these creams, they could become seriously ill because their stress hormones have been temporarily “turned off”. The creams must be used continuously to maintain the bleaching effect, otherwise the skin will re-pigment. Sometimes the skin can even become “addicted” to the creams (in the form of a withdrawal rash), making it very difficult to stop using them.
Funny thing is guys prefer light skin girls to dark skin girls *lol* . My dear guys just know that if she bleaches to reach one of your criteria’s for things you love about a lady’s physical look know that so many complications can arise from these so better advise your babes *wink*

Don’t let snoring damage your relationship

Is snoring causing a rift in your relationship? No matter how much you love each other, the loss of sleep from frequent snoring can strain a relationship as well as put your partner’s health at risk.

When snoring is a problem, relationship tension can grow in the following ways:
§  Sleeping alone. If you or your partner snores, one of the easiest solutions is for you to sleep apart in different rooms. This often results in a lack of needed physical intimacy, straining the relationship. And if you’re the one snoring, you might feel lonely, isolated, and frustrated about something you feel you have no control over.
§  Snoring spats. It’s common to be irritable when sleep loss is an issue, but try reining in your frustration. Remember, you want to attack the snoring problem—not your sleep partner.
§  Partner resentment. When a non-snorer feels he or she has done everything possible to sleep through the night (ear-plugs, noise-machines, etc.) but his or her partner does nothing to combat his or her own snoring, it can lead to resentment. Working as a team to find a snoring cure can prevent future fights.
If you value your relationship, make it your priority to find a snoring cure so you can both sleep soundly. Working together to stop snoring can even be an opportunity to improve the quality of your bond and become more deeply connected.

Communicating with a partner who snores

So you love everything about your partner…except his or her snoring. It’s normal. Even the most patient amongst us will draw the line at sleep deprivation. But no matter how much sleep you lose due to someone snoring, it’s important to handle the problem sensitively. Remember that your partner likely feels vulnerable and even a little embarrassed about his or her snoring.
§  Time your talk carefully.
§  Keep in mind it’s not intentional.
§  Avoid lashing out.
§  Use humor and playfulness to bring up the subject of snoring without hurting your partner’s

Dealing with complaints about your snoring

It’s common to be caught off guard—not to mention to feel a little hurt—when a partner complains about your snoring.Keep the following in mind as you and your partner work together to find a solution to your snoring:
§  Snoring is a physical issue it’s nothing to be embarrassed about
§  Avoid taking it personally.
§  Take your partner seriously.
§  Make it clear that you prioritize the relationship.
§  Address inappropriate behavior.

How you snore reveals why you snore

When you know why you snore, you can get closer to a cure.
§  Closed-mouth snoring may indicate a problem with your tongue.
§  Open-mouth snoring may be related to the tissues in your throat.
§  Snoring when sleeping on your back is probably mild snoring – improved sleep habits and lifestyle changes may be effective cures.
§  Snoring in all sleep positions can mean your snoring is more severe and may require a more comprehensive treatment.

life style changes to stop snoring

§  Lose weight. Losing even a little bit of weight can reduce fatty tissue in the back of the throat and decrease or even stop snoring.
§  Exercise Also leads to toning the muscles in your throat, which in turn can lead to less snoring.
§  Quit smoking Smoking causes airways to be blocked by irritating the membranes in the nose and throat.
§  Avoid alcohol, sleeping pills, and sedatives, especially before bedtime, because they relax the muscles in the throat and interfere with breathing.
§  Establish regular sleep patterns. Create a bedtime ritual with your partner and stick to it.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING DOWN THERE?

How often do you go down on your partner before intercourse? And intercourse aside, how often do you engage in oral sex just for the sake of... oral sex?
Oral sex is sexual intercourse involving the stimulation of the genitalia of a sex partner by the use of the mouth, tongue, teeth or throat. cunnilingus refers to oral sex performed on females while fellatio refer to oral sex performed on males. Anilingus refers to oral stimulation of a person's anus.  People may engage in oral sex as part of foreplay before sexual intercourse, during, or as intercourse.Your partner may not have mentioned this to you, but women typically are not ready for intercourse after just one arm caress and a boob grope.

ARTIFICIAL BUTT AND HIPS, A PROBLEM OR A BLESSING.....

The use of these artificial  body enhancements have become so cheap and rampant in our society today. I am of the opinion that people that indulge  in this form of body makeup have complex issues. Out of all  the definitions of complex this one caught my interest; Complex is a group of repressed feelings or thoughts which cause abnormal behavior in mental states. E.g -inferiority complex.
Now i want to ask the guys in the house please how do you react to the fact that maybe your girlfriend uses one of these?
some girls are actually addicted to this, they cant move out of the house without it. *lol*
So inferiority complex is the cause of this.

HEALTH LIFESTYLE...........ITS LATER EFFECT ON OUR GENERATION

Healthy living is definitely affected by the latest trends and by what doctors, nutritionists and trainers think is best for you.

HERE ARE SOME LIFESTYLES THAT THREATEN OUR GENERATION
 1. Proper nutrition- very few people in this country fail to eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day. This in turn increases calorie intake and thus increases number of people living with obesity, heart diseases, kidney diseases, cancer.

2.Physical activity-Inactivity increases the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, diabetes, arthritis, and obesity.Despite the numerous health benefits of physical activity a lot of us do not engage in any type of physical activity.Research studies have linked from 14 percent to 23 percent of deaths from major chronic diseases to sedentary lifestyles.

3.Smoking-Smoking is more common among people who live below the poverty level than above.Cigarette smoking is the leading preventable cause of death.Smoking is the major cause of lung and esophageal cancer. Men who smoke cut their lives short by 13.2 years, and women by 14.5 years.

THE DECISION OF SEXUALITY

In this article i will attempt to help us understand some things about sexual identification.

Sexuality is often defined simply in terms of sex,but sexuality encompasses many different aspects of our lives beyond sex alone. It is determined in part by our genetics and in part by the social expression of our underlining hereditary and interaction with others.
BIOLOGICAL DETERMINATION; The belief that human behaviors, thoughts, and even choices are controlled by their genetics.
SEXUAL IDENTITY; A description used to refer to a collection of traits associated with an individual in terms of how they perceive themselves sexually
SEXUAL ORIENTATION; Reflects a preference for sexual expression towards another based on the sex of the other individual.

So if all this determine our sexuality how easy then is it for people to who have a sexuality that is frowned upon by our society and culture? of course the two greatest influencing factors on sexuality throughout history have been culture and religion.

From what has been said so far does it then mean that those with a certain sexuality in our society that isn't accepted by our culture and religion are being forced into a lifestyle they themselves cant control? Does it also mean that over time we will have issues of sexual harassment and violations f sexual rights may be on the increase?
These are questions we need to tackle as soon as possible for there are so many failed relationships and mental issues arising from this.

Too many secret gays and lesbians and sex fetish and gender issues. people are in unions they don't enjoy and all that.

tell me what you think of this.

Anti-Müllerian Hormone Predicts IVF Success

Women with a high concentration of anti-Müllerian hormone stand a better chance of giving birth after in vitro fertilization, according to a recent study accepted for publication.

Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) is produced by the ovaries. The study found women with high AMH levels were 2.5 times more likely to have a successful IVF cycle than women of a similar age with low levels of the hormone. AMH levels were a predictor of pregnancy and live birth, even when the mother's age and egg production were taken into account.
For women who are struggling to get pregnant by all means, a high AMH level should be very reassuring from a fertility test result.High levels of this hormone mean there is a greater chance they have plenty of healthy eggs remaining to support a pregnancy.
Researchers concluded high AMH levels are associated with successful IVF treatment because the hormone levels reveal important information about the quality as well as the quantity of eggs left in a woman's ovaries. Women who have high AMH levels are likely to have a high proportion of eggs capable of developing into healthy embryo. Women who have AMH levels above 2.94 ng/ml have greater chances as studies have shown. Although researchers did not find a cut-off point below which women could not get pregnant.
The study found reason for optimism among women who have polycystic ovary syndrome, a condition normally associated with ovulation problems. Women who have this condition tend to have high AMH levels. Women who have polycystic ovaries are likely to be good candidates for IVF, along with high AMH levels, this group tends to have a significant supply of eggs remaining in the ovaries.
