We should know that we are all beautiful the way we are,and unique in our own way. Don't try to look like the next person because there is a reason why the person is that way and you are the way you are.

-Don't miss breakfast.
-Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits..very important.
-Eat little portions of food
-Avoid late night eating.
-Drink a lot of water..a lot.
At least try to eat one fruit with every meal..drink a lot of water too this will help your skin, don't starve yourself for whatever reason,avoid pastries and junk foods, and above all plan out a stress relieving schedule..its OK to be stressed out but plan a way to relieve it..if all this is done,in the long run your health is safe,you look prettier and confident in yourself and above all be happy..positive lifestyles and what not. Don't starve yourself,you will loose water weight and end up looking sick instead of slim..a wet vegetable always looks better than a dried one.
