WHEN IS YOUR SAFE PERIOD ?

     

When i hear how often girls get pregnant and do termination of pregnancies i wonder if they just want to or haven't thought of doing anything about it. So when is considered as safe period?
        First one should know the duration of her cycle which varies in individuals and is between 26-31 days and this is calculated from the first day of the last  menstrual bleeding to the first day of the present menstrual bleeding.
Fertile periods are the period around your ovulation. this can be affected by different things has hormones,stress and drugs could greatly affect it. Some people have different signs of ovulation,egg white vaginal discharge,ovarian pain,spots etc. To calculate your safe period properly carefully study your cycle for a while a period of 3-6 months. Ovulation occurs at the middle of your cycle and the eggs released by the ovaries dies after 24 hours so if you have a 28 days cycle it happens on the 14th day therefore 2 days before the 14th day until the 14th day is completely ova is unsafe. Those with longer or shorter periods of cycle should understand that ovulation occurs 2 weeks before their first day of menstrual period.
        In summary sometimes we cant totally trust our body but this has worked a lot for people so try and understand it.
        Calculate your circle divide the days into 2 and circle your ovulation date and then avoid unprotected sex  2 days before ovulation date and 3 days after just to be sure.the trick is getting the ovulation date right. Stop getting pregnant monthly and terminating it there after. Encourage your partner to work with you and let everybody be happy.
