marijuana,pot,cannabis...ganja

Cannabis is a psychoactive stimulant and is widely used today.. For many the effect of cannabis is a euphoric high that will include a relaxed sense of well being, pleasant changes in perception, enhanced appreciation of art, humor, nature, music, people . Possible increased libido and appetite are common side effects as is the removal of anxiety.
The active ingredient in marijuana Is delta 9,tetrahydrocannabinol or THC. We as humans have nerve receptors on some areas of our brain called the cannaboid receptors which are found in the area that affects pleasure, memory, thoughts, concentration, sensory, time perception, co ordination and movement.  A week after smoking cannabis only 60-70% of the THC has left the body because it is stored in the body fat. It takes about 4-6 weeks before THC is undetectable in the blood. On the other hand, the psychoactive effects are gone after a couple of hours.
Cannabis has effects both on the body (physiological) and the mind (psychoactive). The physiological effects may include increased heart rate, reddening of the eyes, dryness in the mouth, reduced pressure in the eyeball (intraocular pressure) and muscle relaxation.
However people who are predisposed to any form of mental illness can precipitate the illness by the use of cannabis,it is highly dangerous but yet some people cant go on without it....effects like hallucinations, delusions, disturbed thought process are signs of some psychoactive effects of cannabis.. there are long term effects,on the heart, lungs and other vital organs of the body.

    4. you should try stopping gradually....and also you should reduce the alcohol intake...you cnt stop abruptly when you are a heavy smoker...it will make you experience withdrawal symptoms hence the anger and depression..so use a gradual method becos i believe you should have tolerance problems too.
