HOME REMEDIES TO LIGHTEN DARK KNUCKLES

Exfoliation Process

This is extremely important, as exfoliation of the skin on the fingers helps remove all dead cells. The dead cells that accumulate on the finger joints darken the knuckles. Use a good scrubber to scrub out any dirt and dead cells from the skin. Everyday when you take shower scrub your hands and wash thoroughly. Follow up with a good moisturizer as your skin would get dry after the exfoliation process.

Pumice Stone

pumice stone is used in most beauty parlors and is regarded as a good tool in a manicure-pedicure kit. Keep a pumice stone in your bathroom for everyday use. Take some shampoo (an anti-dandruff shampoo would be a good option) into a container and mix it with a generous amount of water.Apply the shampoo water on your hands thoroughly. Then take the pumice stone and rub it on your fingers and hands properly. Then rinse your hands properly with water.

sugar And Lemon Juice

Sugar granules are also used for scrubbing, you can take some sugar in a container ans squeeze out some lemon juice over it. Mix properly and rub on the joints thoroughly. Do this for about 5 to 10 minutes everyday. Changes would not come overnight. You have to be persistent and religiously continue doing this everyday for faster results.

Lemon Juice And Honey

A mixture of 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice can be applied and rubbed on the finger joints daily for about 10 minutes to get good results within weeks. The results would obviously depend from person to person. The darker the knuckles, the more time results would take,so be patient.

Milk Cream And Vitamin E

Another great mixture is milk cream with vitamin E. You can buy vitamin E capsules from any pharmaceutical store. Take 1 teaspoon of milk cream and break one capsule into the cream and mix properly. Apply this on the joints and rub intensely for about 10 minutes. Do this everyday to get best and fast  results. Good for people with dry skin.
