When i hear how often girls get pregnant and do termination of pregnancies i wonder if they just want to or haven't thought of doing anything about it. So when is considered as safe period?
        First one should know the duration of her cycle which varies in individuals and is between 26-31 days and this is calculated from the first day of the last  menstrual bleeding to the first day of the present menstrual bleeding.

BLOOD TRANSFUSION...WHAT IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT?

So i met a patient one time who had a baby and lost a lot of blood. Prior to her surgery she signed that she didn't want any form of blood transfusion because of her religion. she was a witness and it was against her religion. And then the doctors managed and did everything the could and kept her as healthy as possible to keep her PCV normal and all that but then she had some complications and then she needed  to be transfused.
   Her husband refused,her pastor refused,they said it was seriously against their religion and they were going to pray and God was going to revive her. She was dying and the doctors were running out of options because they had used all forms of blood ex panders and all that.

BREAST MILK NO PREGNANCY

Some women ponder with the question if it is possible to produce breast milk without pregnancy...thing is there are different reasons why the breast will produce milk without pregnancy.
   Some reasons include ingestion of some certain drugs,hormonal imbalance and it can occur later in pregnancy. So if you notice any form of discharge from your breast you check for all these
-First pregnancy test should be done as some women can experience some bleeding early in pregnancy.
-Check the color of the discharge.
-visit your doctor for check up.
   Do not overlook this as some people do,breast milk without pregnancy can be a symptom of certain things that need prompt treatment.Different tests like blood tests to check hormone balance and subsequent enlargement of the pituitary gland which is responsible for the production of the hormone prolactin that stimulates the production of breast milk.
